1. Anti Ragging Committee: Headed by Dr. G.V. Reddy

We have been taking appropriate measures to prevent any ragging or harassment of the students in our institution.  We have implemented the guidelines of Hon’ble Supreme Court & commissioner of Police, Cyberabad  to prevent ragging.  As per the guidelines we have formatted Anti-Ragging Committee and Student Secret Vigilance Committee.

We have a separate secret vigilance committee had set up been to prevent any ragging or harassment of the students in our institution. 

 

2. Career Guidance – Dr. Chandra sekhar

During the end of the curriculum they are given guidance by eminent people in different fields on the various fields and opportunities available in dentistry after finishing their degree both in India or abroad.

 

A dentist can practice General Dentistry or he can opt for specialization in various branches of dentistry like, Oral & Maxillo-facial Surgery, Periodontology, Conservative & Endodontics, Prosthodontics, Pedodontics Orthodontics, Oral Pathology and Oral Medicine. With the technological advancements, new areas are included in the arena of dental practice. These include Cosmetic Dentistry, Implantology, Lasers in Dentistry, etc.

 

There is no dearth of employment opportunities for dentists. The opportunities available include working in Dental Clinics, Nursing Homes, Dental Departments of Multi Specialty Hospitals as well as Dental Colleges in India  or abroad.

 

A dentist also has the option of being a faculty in any one of the approx. 250 dental college spread across the length and breadth of this country.

 

3. Women Cell – Dr. Rekha Rani

Women counseling cell is under the guidance of  Dr. Rekha Rani,  who heads the committee.  Dr. J. Surya Prasana is also member of the committee. The committee deals with the personal counseling and welfare of the women including (Staff & Students).

 

 

4. Library Committee – Dr. Sandeep

Library committee under the guidance of Dr. Sandeep, is in-charge of procuring latest books and journals for knowledge enhancement of students and faculty   members.  He looks after the regular activities of the library works like maintenance, purchase of books, renewals and other related activities.
